I've posted a copy of the code to the Inkscape file tracker. I also submitted a new Freshmeat announcement of it that should be going up soon.

This is version 0.1 of mod_rsvg that tvon (Tom von Schwerdtner) gave me in 2003. It works with Apache 1.3. I don't plan on maintaining it, but if anyone wishes to submit patches, can roll new releases of it.
