This morning, Jizzbug noted that in inkscape_gtkmm we hadn't really gotten the Inkscape::Application object structured for handling multiple windows.

Looking at the existing inkscape codebase, though, it looks like we've kind of outgrown the basic architecture, as we've added cmdline, inkview, etc. capabilities.

I've collected some thoughts on how we could reuse this basic architecture but structure it with a bit more flexibility. I've done this as a set of SVG presentation slides. They're in CVS in inkscape/doc/NewAppArchitecture/. View them via `inkview *svg`.
