Automated rendering tests for Inkscape have been run for a couple months now. The results are visible at http://auriga.mine.nu/inkscape/ (opening that page can take a while, as it is javascript-heavy)

Unfortunately, the server I've used for running the tests and for hosting that website has become unstable, shutting down with no warning or visible reason. It is likely that the tests won't be run every day and the result page may be unavailable every now and then.
