...a couple of minutes? are you serious? i don't use a mac but is this what some of you go through?

I tried to re-submit Inkscape as an Apple download, with updated information and a new screenshot but it is only at the end of this process that I realized that this would submit Inkscape under my name and developer ID. They will probably discard my request anyway, since Inkscape is already there, but it would be nice to know: - who subscripted as Apple Developers under the name "Inkscape developers" and hence posted Inkscape for the first time? - could this person update the information on the site. I think that is automatically generated from the CFBundleGetInfoString attribute in our Info.plist file in the app bundle. Or alternatively I may have chosen it as the author name when I registered an apple creator code for the Inkscape project ("Inks"). In any case, I don't have an extra privileges that allow me to edit that download entry.

So you actually registered for Inkscape at Apple Developer Connection? If this is the case, you can modify your submission. This is the address summarizing your submissions: https://adcweb.apple.com/downloads/index.php reachable via: http://www.apple.com/downloads/ bottom left of the page, click submit You'll need to login under Inkscape's name and you'll then be presented with a table summarizing your submissions, each of which has a edit-resubmit button.

I though this car was nice to show and that gradient editing on canvas was one of Inkscape's strengths. But please, feel free to replace it with something else!
Icon: I posted a PNG but it apparently got garbled. Anyway, current icon is fine.
