"Regular" unstable development snapshot builds for OS X are available as before from the Dropbox folder linked on the download page: https://inkscape.org/en/download/#download-devel

They're the regular links, so they'll continue to work after; we just can't track downloads via them so that why we use the links we do on the pages.
