I've gotten a first part of the shifting UI done. Toolbars can now be somewhat repositioned. The alternatives are hardcoded at the moment, but to see that just hit widgets/toolbox.cpp and uncomment: //#define ENABLE_TASK_SUPPORT 1

I've left that defined out for the moment in case the other cleanup did not fix the 64-bit issues. If someone can check that, it would be very helpful.
