I would like to update this page: Compiling_Inkscape_on_Windows

I meet some error when install the TDM's GCC and compile btool. TDM's GCC needs 'Uncheck' the [Check for updated files on the TDM-GCC server] or it will always install the latest gcc

Compile btool also can be done by only g++ buildtool.cpp -o tool

Make sure you have correct DEVLIB_PATH and MINGW_PATH
