Hey,
So, once there was a bug that some people were having crashes with the GIMP gradient plugin. Does that bug still exist? Are people still seeing it? If so, are those people using relocatable binaries support? I'd like to see this fixed for 0.41.
Thanks, Ted

I think that might've been me. I was having trouble with an RPM I built for Fedora which crashed on startup, but Per Bjornsson discovered that it was actually due to using the FC2 gtkmm stack under FC3 rather than a problem with Inkscape. If I used a gtkmm stack rebuilt under FC3, and then built Inkscape, it worked fine. So unless I've totally missed the point and you were talking about something entirely different, I don't think that this bug exists.

This is another instance of the bugs currently filed against autopackage. Bulia, if you haven't already I think you should close them. They aren't Inkscape nor autopackages bugs. They're just GCC sucking.
thanks -mike

I closed the two crash ones but this one seems different:

Yep, I've commented on that one.

Looks like it was just a nightly build funny, they downloaded a newer build and it worked. *shrug*
