Hi, I have a svg file that looks different in sodipodi and inkscape. The current inkscape doesn't show the correct font.
Look at the pics in the attachement.
This file was written in Webdraw and by hand. And yes I can change the font-attributes with the dialog. I have inkscape 0.36cvs on a win2K and gtk runtime 2.2.4.1.
Thanks,
Adib.

Thanks for the bug report~
This is strange because the font code has not been altered from Sodipodi's yet. I suspect our win32 build may instead be using a different build configuration, and possibly using different font code because of that.
Mael, could you verify that our win32 builds have the same #defines as Sodipodi's?

Hello,
I have a svg file that looks different in sodipodi and inkscape. The current inkscape doesn't show the correct font.
May be I've messed up with something .. No idea where though :( Lauris Kaplinski has released a Win32 0.33 prerelease beta2 of Sodipodi for which he has probably fixed some win32 code, has anyone transfered win32 specific changes from sodipodi to inkscape ?

tawdd> Hi, tawdd> I have a svg file that looks different in sodipodi and inkscape. The tawdd> current inkscape doesn't show the correct font. i had a similar problem - text was shown as italic, no matter what properties i set in a dialog box. nevertheless after saving it rendered ok (not italic) in adobe svg. best regard yemu
When I start Win32 edition I get the following message.
Warning: program compiled against libxml206 using older 204
Inkscape then opens normally (?) and seems to work OK as far as I have tested.
Question. Is that warning message something I should worry about? If so, what should I do about it?

So far so good with Win. I'm surprised it has worked for me. Good work guys.
