SourceForge has a DocManager feature. We disabled that early on because we didn't intend to use it. However, I suspect it may be a better way of storing large documents than putting them in our webspace on shell.sf.net, so I've reactivated it for experimentation. If we find it's not useful, we can disable it.

Note that there is an automation tool for using DocManager, 'adocman': http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=52614

I think everyone with a SF Inkscape account can submit docs. Roughly half of the accounts also have Editor functionality set. If you want your DocManager Editor flag set, just drop me a note.
