There are two versions of eqtexsvg.py script - one works fine on windows and Tav's version works on linux. So, I decided trying to make a mixed version of eqtexsvg.py using OS detection stuff.

Is it safe to detect OS by testing of os.name variable in python ? Posibble names are: 'posix', 'nt', 'dos', 'os2', 'mac', or 'ce' and I assume linux='posix' and windows='nt'.

Another question is how to make dynamic dependencies (OS based - if it's possible) in .inx file ?
