What about duplicate closing, and reclassification as RFE?

Hmm, good question. I'd assume duplicates wouldn't count as a fixed bug, but I easily could be persuaded otherwise. Similarly for ones changed to RFE's, plus they don't show up in the closed bug list, so it'd be hard for me to track those.
