Extensions Repository

      Hi all,
A long time ago i propose to think in an Extensions Repository.
There was more tings to think and that was forgotten by me too.
Now i write a draft specification here:

Will be cool if somebody help to make the idea good enough
to we have a real extensions repository.
Ho! Please, help the "Name Proposal" too! :-)
