Inkscape does not render Khmer script correctly
Hello List members,
I have a problem with Inkscape in Ms Windows. but in Linux (openSUSE 11.0) it renders Khmer script correctly. For more detail about this please take a look at my previous bug at: https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/168926. and please see the screen shot of wrong rendering in Ms Windows at: http://launchpadlibrarian.net/10578823/Inkscape_on_Windows.png
P.S. I have the same problem with Inkscape and Gimp in Ms Windows. and I think that Inkscape and Gimp use the same rendering engine, this is jus my idea :).
Does any one have problem the same to me?
I hope hear from you soon.
Best wish, Khoem Sokhem

Looks like your UI font doesn't contain Khmer glyphs, or you don't have a Khmer font at all. Linux typically installs suitable fonts along with language support packages, but in Windows you have to do it yourself, especially if you have an English version of Windows. Are other applications displaying the script correctly?
