I arrive just now in this mailing list. At first, I have to say that my mother language isn't english, but portuguese, so I ask you to apologize any grammar/spell error.
Here, in Brazil, I'm very interested in Inkscape plugins development, although I'm still trying write the first and studying things like SVG and XML.
You also can find me in Inkscape-Brasil mailing list.
It's a pleasure to be here.

Welcome! I've got a good feeling that you are interested in participating in Google's Summer of Code. ;-) Please tell us about your interest and plans.

My interests and plans? hmmm...
For now, I'm very very interested in Inkscape plugins and the way it works. To be true, was a lecture about of these plugins development in a free software festival that captivated me to Inkscape team. SVG just enchants me. Drawings are pure XML!!!! That's so..... cute!!! ^^
I'm in love with python, although still learning it.
Yes, I'd like to participate of google's summer of code, but I haven't an especific project in mind and although I'm finishing the university course I don't feel prepared for a monstruous project.
So, in the Google's Summer of Code, the closest thing to me and my activities is "Live Path Effects", which is mentoring by Aaron Spike.
well, I think is it.
What do you all think about that?
