Hi inkscape-devel,

I notice that if i draw a rectangle, then try and adjust W or H (e.g. type 123.456 in the box), that W or H is not set correctly (e.g. it comes out slightly different to the value I typed)!. Works OK if visual bounding box is used, broken if geometric bounding box is used. Is this a bug?
