Hello there!

I'm using the 4/04/2004 snapshot.

For example, I have an image in the document. When I edit the image URL (say I set pic6.png instead of pic5.png), and then hit this "apply arrow" button, the image is not reloaded. Inkscape 0.37, it would reloan and how the updated image in this case. Now, I had to reload the whole SVG again and only then the image changed.
