I've no problem with rolling the release, though I haven't had a chance to test it.

Okay, it is built and on the filetracker. I left the 0.38 as visible for now, but I expect to hide it shortly. It is also tagged in CVS.
Sorry about the branch tag - I was thinking that a branch tag was a special case of a standard tag. It appears that it is something different entirely.
