Win32 build and Inkview

After considerable tweaking, the Win32 build, which has been broken for a couple of days, is OK again.
In addition, the src/Makefile.am has been cleaned up a bit to make it clearer, and so that Inkscape and Inkview can more cleanly use the same base code.
