Inkscape developers

Is it possible to set up verbs (and keybindings) for different Zoom levels? (The file inkscape/share/keys/default.xml doesn't mention it if it is already possible.) If not are there any plans to make it possible soon?

Since someone else expressed an interest in furthering the Adobe Illustator set of keybindings - and didn't follow up to my mail asking if they had made any progress - I started looking at creating a Macromedia Freehand style set instead/as well. (I plan to have it done as much as Inkscape allows within the 30 day trial period of Freehand.) One of the things this set of keybindings would need is various Zoom Magnifications at several different percentages, and also corresponding actions/verbs so that they could be assigned keybindings. (I was also confused and annoyed again by the use of ratios as zoom levels, leftover from Sodipodi which I find completely non-intuitive and hope perhaps they will at some point be replace with percentage zoom levels instead. It is incidental to the problem I'm trying to sort out at the moment but it would be a bonus if it could be fixed along the way.)
