I pushed these changes to the main site (and did a chmod g+w). Now other people can get to the CVS snapshots (there didn't seem to be a link anywhere).

Looks good.
Do we really need a ChangeLog for the website? Since we don't produce releases of the website, and since we can get all the change info via `cvs log`, it could be seen as just extra paperwork. ;-)

Don't know. cvs log reports per-file, rather than per-date, so if something gets broken it might take a long time to figure out what happened. I just had to make one since it felt wrong to edit those files and not show myself clearly as the one to blame for it. :)
