2 silent data loss bugs when out of disk space -- milestone?
Hi all,
I'm new to bug triaging, and I came across (and confirmed in today's SVN under Fedora Core 6) a couple silent data loss bugs in the tracker. Both are caused by full disk/partition situations:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/167801 svg file truncated when target partition is full https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/168510 svg files, preferences.xmlsaved as 0 bytes if /tmp is full
Wasn't sure whether these should be milestoned, so thought I'd bring them to the list's attention...

Thanks, they probably don't need to be milestoned. As a general rule, it's best to only milestone bugs when there is an Assignee available for the bug. An exception is for bugs that are regressions from the previous release and/or that cause a feature to fail to work for the vast majority of users; these we'll need to put extra effort into finding an assignee.
