As a user rather than a host, one thing I'd be interested in knowing is "Why we are providing this mirror." Because sometimes the rationales are inspiring. :-)

One question, could add lauchpad as another mirror to host some files like source and win executables? Also i think get payed by Microsoft for the downloads could be a interesting place.
