inkscape + ocal features into the release notes
Bruno, could you please add the features you made as part of GSoC, to the release notes for the upcoming release...we are going to need to do some testing too:

is the upload to OCAL working for windows yet? does anyone know how to get it working?

Yeah, need to apply the patch to ccHost and then turn on on openclipart.org
