We tried installing the Inkscape snapshot from 5/26 on a SuSE 9.x system but when running make ran into an error that the is_fullscreen method was missing; we're going to try again tomorrow - is this fixed in current cvs?

Hm, looks like code rot: no one has tried it without the "fullscreen" stuff. A better question is... why didn't SuSE detect it?

Can you open a bug with the "config.log" file and the compile error? I think I've fixed the compile error (now in CVS), but I'm really surprised that SuSE doesn't have fullscreen. As such, I suspect it's a detection error.

And while you're at it, can you open another bug against me? Clearly something is not right with me if I'm still up at 2am. :)

We were able to get Inkscape installed on Judith's machine using Autopackage. Went extremely smoothly and took only about 10 min.
