Arrowheads that remain black regardless of line color remains a problem. There are various bug postings for this - some showing closed others showing open. All have been given a priority of 5. Yet this is a real usability issue.
I've tried to look at the code without success but it seems that the arrowhead takes the alignment from the line so it should also be able to take the color. Can someone have a go at this before .45 ?

There is an extension in the Effects menu that changes marker colors. I have been working on a real fix, however given the extension's availability, I've put that work off until post-0.45, and am focusing on getting the release out instead.
The underlying issue here is that the SVG 1.0 spec simply didn't include support for doing this. A later draft recently included a provision for it, so the plan is to implement it that way.
