I would suggest we only include menu links to web sites that the Inkscape Project has administrative access to.

Several of us are admins there,(I've been too busy to be any use to them for a while tho) and micro did try to build an official link a while back[1] (offered to give us it), but as a project we were too distracted by website updates etc to sort it out. We had been linking to it from inkscape.org for some time though. It's the best user community I know of, I'd like to see it linked personally.
