Several of us are admins there,(I've been too busy to be any use to them for a while tho) and micro did try to build an official link a while back[1] (offered to give us it), but as a project we were too distracted by website updates etc to sort it out. We had been linking to it from inkscape.org for some time though. It's the best user community I know of, I'd like to see it linked personally.
