As of revision 21530 thanks to UniConvertor 1.1.4 our beloved Inkscape now can open and save PLT files that are used in plotters. Please test :)

There is some problem with it on XP SVN 21595.

I have updated the bug report and have assigned it to myself. The uniconv-ext.py should probably be split up in two files. The current version is only for conversion to SVG.
