There appears to be a relocation related problem with the Little CMS dll on Windows, see this bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/453931

Now, someone pointed to an alternative version of the dll that seems to behave better in this respect. Can we just swap out our version of the dll for that one, or am I overlooking something? Perhaps we desperately need lcms to be compiled with certain settings? (The alternative is probably to try and recompile it ourselves and see where that gets us.)
