Hi all, thank you for helping :) Yes I do have Windows 7 64 bit. I just downloaded and installed UniConvertor (the windows msi) at the link provided and I got the exact same error. I did not reboot, is it necessary? I have too much going on to reboot right now. With the installer, I used the normal installation and installed to the default location. Was that correct?

We have released UniConvertor 1.1.5 before Win7 release thus we didn't test application under this platform. Linux version works correctly. Now our team develops UniConvertor 2.0 so we hope to resolve platform specific issues for this version.
