The new menu looks nice, now if only I could compile it:

I guess I need to upgrade my gtk, right?
One comment on the screenshot: while you are at it, could you remove the minimize button from the toolbox? It really serves no useful purpose.

Sounds like it... I may remove that bit of code anyway though.
What version of GTK do you have?

I'm trying, but the best I can do is supply hints to the window manager.
