well, after a lot of troubles I have made all the steps until: make install the final lines of the log are:

The problem is the space in the directory name "Inkscape SVN". I should have handled that in osx-build.sh, sorry. In the meantime remove the space and retry from the configuration step: ./osx-build.sh c b i p -s This should give you a working Inkscape.app... hopefully ;)
