Hello,
just wanted to ask if new development version will be available for testing on http://inkscape.modevia.com/win32/?M=D . It seems that no new devel builds have appeared there for quite some time.
Thanks, Mourad
+1 on that, this would be very much appreciated,

Getting the new Python stuff ready and a new build environment has taken a few days. Hopefully I will start getting builds out in a couple of days.
I might need to rebuild all of the C++ libs to use the shared DLL for exceptions, so that might take longer.

You can also use the TDM-GCC build which doesn't have the exception issue at all. There are both DWARF2 and SJLJ versions. However, it requires upgrading libsigc++ and probably some other libraries, because the version from devlibs doesn't work with GCC 4.3 and later.

If you do use it, add the compiler to the devlibs in lp:inkscape-devlibs, best in a subdirectory named "mingw".

thanks uwe, that is much appreciated. I'm running your rev 9073 from a .7z file.
Who manages the snapshots at modevia.com? Bumping Uwe's message to get permission to upload the win32 devel snapshots there.
Thanks a bunch! Johan

Hi,
i got permission and uploaded recent inkscape devels for windows. Who is responsible for the content? There are some inkscape devels from last year. I would delete devels from 01-May-2009 21:42 39M to 20-Jun-2009 02:05 48M to get about 550 MB of free space.
Sincerely,
UweSch

Not me, but you could consider leaving one build for each month; this is sometimes useful for bisecting the code base, i.e. finding out in which revision a bug was introduced.
