I've got a few bugs open for Win32 issues, and a few ideas on how to address them.
What I don't have is a good way to compile or run Win32 tests here on my Mac. :-)
What would be helpful would be anyone who could either build win32 versions with some tweaks or anyone who could run quick tests with those builds. Especially given our freeze state, I don't want to check anything in to CVS that hasn't gone through actual build and user testing.
So...
If anyone could help with either of those aspects (I've had a few people mention this in chat), just drop me a quick email directly and say if you can compile, test, or both. (no need to clutter the mailing lists to responses to this)
Thanks.

At the very least, I very much want to test a fix to the bug which currently has Inkscape crashing upon start on win98 (since Ishmal switched to the new libs). Once that is resolved, I hope I will be able to provide more help with Windows debugging.

Turning on the magic "Bulia" options might help.
"options.bulia.dumpOne" "options.bulia.dumpOneD" "options.bulia.dumpOneD2"
and
"options.bulia.dumpMk" "options.bulia.dumpMkD" "options.bulia.dumpMkD2"
'D and 'D2' give them more info.
There's no UI on them, so you'll just have to edit the preferences xml directly.

(yes... top posting is the devil)
I'm pretty sure I finally I got the kinks worked out of my building on win32 again. I'm doing one of these bugfix test builds here for Aaron in just a bit, and would be willing to do the same for yourself and other devs that don't have access to a win32 box.
Perhaps I should also get to signing up for the testers group finally too ;)
