Bulia, you were right. Not only was the bug in the undo code, it was in the Repr transaction logging stuff.

The problem was that, on reversion of the log, content change events were pulling from the wrong union member, and erroneously "reverting" to the "after" state rather than the proper "before" state.

Fixed in CVS.
