* More screen real estate: you can now hide rulers (Ctrl+R) and scrollbars (Ctrl+B).

These settings are not yet stored in prefs but are planned to. I also added three toggle commands (grid, rulers, scrollbars) to the View menu. One missing command is toggle guides - it's still broken. Someone needs to look into it.

I also removed the 3D border from the canvas frame, so now the rulers (when they're on) look less bulky and intrusive.
