Who is doing the next about screen? It seems like it should be added in here soon...is there a time-table for this?

Well, until we even have a plan for release, I don't know that we need to worry about it yet. We'll just need a month or so for a contest to run it's course and an additional week for voting. Should be pretty straight forward. And since we'd definitely need more than a month to prepare for a release, it shouldn't be an issue.

On the other hand, why not have it in advance? The more time artists have to work on it, the better. I think most of the new features of creative value to be in 0.44 are already in svn, so people can already start playing with them (as Andy did, whose funkyclip.svg I liked and would love to see it made into an About screen). We already had to prolong some contests before and it wasn't a good thing to do.

Ok, why not just have Andy do the about screen for this release? Or, is it better for the community to run this month long contest?
Either way, lets start the wheels.

Well, do we want Andy to just do the about screen or would we rather have that funkyclip be used for a screenshot? Either way is fine by me.

Yep Andy makes funky stuff it covers a lot of the stretchy aspects youre working on? Got my vote =)
