Hey everyone,

I've put up 0.40pre4. This will be the last pre-release assuming no surprises. There are some new tutorials and updates to the layers GUI elements in this release. Along with several bug fixes.

As always, if you make a package please e-mail the list so that we can get it up on the file tracker for everyone to use.
