Dear Ivan,

I just assigned an Inkscape bug to you in Launchpad. I was doing some triaging and came across the bug, which had a patch applied to it. I noticed on the mailing list that you had been doing a lot of work on the filters, and I thought you might be the best person to assign this to, so you could possibly review and apply the patch.

I apologise if this was inappropriate, I am still learning how to triage!
