Hello, First, an explanation. Recent fowlups with my commits not compiling (although they do here) happened because my process here is not fully automatized and single files were not committed. No excuse.
Thanks to David, cvs compiles again. I owe you one. Will close the automation gap.

Sorry. That was my fault. It seems that ishmal checked in some minor compatibility fixes to get it going again while I was sleeping.
