No, I believe the actions are correct and the icons are swapped.

The actions should remain in the same order as in 0.46, and as they are in r21009, that is: - align horizontally on the left - align vertically in second position.

It would be ***very odd*** to change this order in 0.47.

Please, can you check that?

I had some trouble figuring out which is which, but it turns out the names and icons are arranged properly, it's the actions that should be swapped. Fixed in 21038.
