Hi all,

dmandell has graciously set up a permanent Jabber room for Inkscape on his server, and I'd like to propose we transition to that instead of the one on jabber.org. The reasons for this are:

* Fewer users on it so probably not so laggy * We've got the ear of the admin (useful in case of problems) * Forewarning in case of server software changes * Fewer random visitors

We're going to test it a bit this evening, and assuming things go well, and no one identifies any issues with transitioning, we will update the website docs to point there instead of jabber.org.
