It states: The Inkscape Windows installer is translated into German, Italian, Catalan, Czech and French.

this is not really true anymore. The version waiting in the patch tracker has some different translation-strings And so the available languages are English, Czech, German, Italian, Polish lost (because of incomplete) are Catalan and French
