No blur on zero area bbox items

Hi all,
In Jabber someone mentioned that no blur is applied on horizontal and vertical lines. I tried and it is true. I think it is caused by a 'zero area' geometric bbox for horizontal and vertical lines.
Could someone with more knowledge of the whole filter rendering chain look into this? I think sp-item.cpp, line 648, "SPItem::GEOMETRIC_BBOX" should be changed to the bbox calculation including stroke width.
Thanks, Johan
