Hi all,
Please be keen on any regressions in the way the selector tool handles transformations. If you see something weird then drop me a mail. This is all because I've given seltrans.cpp an overhaul to improve the handling of transformations, their origins and the snapping.
For details, see this bug and revision

Johan, I will now finally start working on the snapping indicator in the selector tool!
Regards,
Diederik

Johan, I will now finally start working on the snapping indicator in the selector tool!
I read about it in the commit log, good news! :)
The snapping indicator is turned off at the moment, because of troubles with the pen tool. (but I already miss it :( To turn it on, please provide a preference option for it an turn it off by default. See /src/display/snap-indicator.cpp line 39
Maybe you can look into fixing the bug for the pentool. But I'm afraid it is not very easy...
Johan
