This is a gr8 idea. I've thought often about having tools to mirror points, apply perspective, add lines of symmetry and then move points in a shape and so forth.

Apply perspective (and, in general, any mesh transformation) is much needed. It will need to wait however for internal restructuring (AST) to finish, if we want the transforms to be fully reversable, otherwise the implementation will be very messy.

It would be very cool to be able to select one or more points and then have a scale tool to them scale points, or move away from each other.

That's easier to implement but less useful. I may do this when I have time. Add a RFE.
