Updating the po files in svn
Hi, I see that the decision to start thinking about a 0.44 release is taking shape and in order to save us translators a big hurry in the final days it would be nice to have all the waiting patches related to translation in svn. I am speaking for myself, but I think other translators will agree. My last patch is from 23/04/2006 (#1475120) and from the last svn update I see that there's quite a few changes. I'm afraid that if I do a local intltool-update I could screw up some things (I know 'cause it has happened before ;-)
So, pretty please,
Hi all

I've sent a mail to Arpad (who is the guy that coordinates translations and has svn rights for this) today with the same topic.

Would someone be interested and able to assist Arpad with translation patch committing? I'd be happy to give commit access to anyone who has had at least two patches accepted.
Bryce
Hi,

Yes sure, with pleasure.
Sorry for disappearing. Would of course be a good idea to give other translators SVN write access, since I'm not always around, and we shouldn't have a single point of failure anyway. E.g., Matiphas and Colin are obvious candidates. Anyone wishing to do PO file updates, please let me know and I will send you my script for the purpose.
BTW PO patches will be committed Real Soon Now (TM), thanks for your patience.
Arpad Biro
