As many of you know, a desktop conference will be held this year, July 17, 18, in Ottawa. I'm writing to ask for your help in publicizing the event, and in particular, to request that look within your organizations for developers interested in submitting papers for the conference. Paper proposals are now being accepted. The deadline is May 1.
