It renders Inkscape almost useless for Thai (and other CTL languages). I guess any nonspacing combining character, no matter what language it is, shouldn't work too. Please tell me if there're anything I can help (e.g. test cases, I can't attach the file to the issue).

The bug has 2 PNGs attached, but of course we need an SVG with Thai text whose rendering we could compare to these PNGs (and if these PNGs show _only_ the bad rendering, it's not enough too, we need a screenshot of known good rendering to compare). If you can't attach the file, please upload it somewhere and post the link to it in a comment to the bug.

I've posted in the bug 1093864 the URL for 2 screenshot and 2 svg. One from Inkscape (which look wrong) and one from OOo (which look right). The svg that look right in OOo will look wrong when load in Inkscape. There's also the URL of the OOo draw document.
I never use SF bug tracking system. I'm wondering why can't I attach file?
